Good Morning Barb,
Our countertops were installed Friday (1/21/22) at both at the wall and island.

I took this morning to perform a thorough inspection and thought I would provide some feedback.

WOW!! That is the single best word I can use to describe how I feel the installation went and the end result. I wiped down both counters with a damp cloth and then again with a bare hand. Not a single dink or imperfection that I could find, truly impressive.

A huge shoutout to the install team, they clearly know their profession well, taking considerable pride in the end result and were quite efficient to boot. I was a bit concerned about how the seams would turn out but the final product alleviated that, perfectly smooth and zero to minimal gap.

The material selection exceeds our expectations as well. The white of the Orion in conjunction with the under-cabinet lighting is exactly what we were looking for along that wall. The island with the waterfall edge looks amazing, the way the vein pattern rolls over the edge to the floor is again, exactly what we were looking to achieve with the island.
I have to say, working with The Granite and Marble Depot has been a pleasure from sales to installation. I will be recommending you for anyone looking for a top-notch countertop company.

Also, I cannot finish this email without acknowledging the two pieces of island material that were cut and polished as an extra unexpected bonus. I have always wanted pieces like this to use as either cutting boards or chilled charcuterie serving trays, so thank you very much for those, I love them.

A few weeks ago my countertop was installed. Again, I have to say I am impressed with the customer service and attention to detail. The installer, Zinaid, was absolutely phenomenal. I am a curious individual and he was gracious with his time answering all of my questions in a kind respectful manner. My countertop did not initially fit to my preference. It was 1/4 in not in alignment with my undercount sink. Zinaid carried what seemed to be a very heavy piece back outside to avoid the dust destroying my house. I have used the countertop for several weeks and I am very happy with the product. I would not hesitate recommending your company based on my customer service experience alone.

Good Morning. I was brought to tears when I arrived home yesterday. The installers did an absolutely amazing job with the stone we selected. Mark and I were very impressed with their professional work ethics. They made sure the floors were covered and cleaned up after the project, were prompt, working efficiently and consistent until the project was finished. The stone on the back wall is breathe taking, they were very detailed in matching of the pattern.
